Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final — we do not accept returns.
Refunds will not be issued if the customer fails to receive the package due to:

  • refusal or neglect to pick up from the post office,

  • failure to complete customs clearance,

  • absence at the delivery address when the postal service attempts delivery.

Refunds are only provided if the item is lost or damaged in transit by the postal service.
